Map and terrain
Tsarevets map, Scale 1:2,5 000, 5 m contour interval, new map stand autumn 2010/spring 2011.
The sprint area is taking place in a medieval stronghold located on a hill named Tsarevets. It served as primary fortress and strongest bulwark from 1185 to 1393, housing the royal and the patriarchal palaces, and is a popular tourist attraction. Terrain is The whole stronghold is girdled by many walls (reaching up to 3,6 m) and many gates.
The main gate at the hill's westernmost part, on a narrow rock massif, and featured a draw-bridge.
On the top of the hill is the patriarchate, a complex with an area of about 3000 m²

Team registration
Teams can be registered by entry, or handed in to Event information by Saturday 09th April, 14.00. Last minute team changes are allowed in the event of illness or other similar unforeseen circumstances, until Sunday 10th April 08.30. No changes can be made after this time.
